Here it is. Two years in the making.
I dedicate this album to my grandfather Luigi Cambiotti who taught me hard-work, passion, generosity and integrity. This is my garden Nonno.
Special thanks to:
Clayton Stephens ( @claytonsart) for your detailed portrait art.
Victor Ayala ( @victor.a.ayala ) for the unique graphic design.
Harold Malcolm (@haroldmalcolm) for adding so much texture with your guitar playing.
Mike Southworth ( @mikejsouthworth ) for your mentorship and ear in the studio.
…and always to my family and friends. Without your support and love this work would not have been possible.

THE RUFFLED FEATHERS
The Ruffled Feathers are known for their combination of haunting female vocals, carefully crafted harmonies, multi-instrumentation, and brazen horns. The Ruffled Feathers’ current lineup is Gina Loes (vocals, guitar, ukulele), Andrew Lee (trumpet, vocals), Sam MacKinnon (drums), Molly MacKinnon (violin), Sophia Xiang (piano), and Paolo Brian (bass). Their upcoming album (2017) will take listeners cycling along the coast of Puglia to vineyards of Bordeaux, planting seeds in the fertile farmlands of Le Marche, and back to a lonely park bench staring out into the roaring Sea of Hesitation.
Canadian singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist Laura Reznek stands out from the crowd the moment she steps on stage. A mesmerising performer with an arresting and effortless soprano, Laura’s richly textured songs open up a darkly atmospheric world that pulls from history, memory, and nature. After the release of her 2015 debut album, ‘Who Came Before Us’, Laura has been based in London and touring extensively around the UK and Europe. 2017 will see the release of the new single ‘Tall Grass’, as well as the release of a new EP later in the year under her new record label, Terrified Swan Records.
I’ve been listening to the audiobook version of “Born to Run” and I was inspired to do a cover of “I’m On Fire” (one of my favourite songs). I only got one noise complaint all day! I’ll be going back into the studio soon to complete a new 4 song EP I’m thinking of calling “Tunnel Vision”. Enjoy this for now!
This is a video I made with my good friends Matt Brascia, Jordan Patrich, and Victor Ayala. We packed the Jeep for the weekend and went into the backcountry of Harrison Hot Springs to get some of these shots. We premiered it at my wedding reception and it was a hit!
